Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 7+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-level deployments
- Deep expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for machine learning
- Strong knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech ethics initiatives
