Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-generation systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder dialogues with policymakers, industry consortiums, and academic partners
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for AI system behavior and compliance
- Create educational materials for internal teams on responsible AI practices
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and standardization bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in developing AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Experience with generative AI systems and their societal implications
- Strong background in regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R/Java) for technical validation
