Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to identify ethical risks in autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models at scale
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Create educational materials to foster ethical AI practices across engineering teams
- Monitor global AI ethics developments and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into design processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible innovation, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation, algorithmic fairness, and explainable AI techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience developing ethics guidelines for autonomous systems or LLMs
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
