Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and megatrends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Conduct ethnographic research and data analysis to map future consumer behaviors
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Produce thought leadership reports published in top industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, corporate foresight, or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in future-focused journals
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic implementations
