Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-quality software products.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and performance, implementing real-time solutions to improve scalability and reduce latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in System Architecture, Software Engineering, or DevOps with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Experience integrating AI/ML pipelines into production environments is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
