Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the '2026 Horizon' product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect robust, scalable systems that integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI and decentralized ledgers.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to align engineering capabilities with business goals for the fiscal year 2026.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native environments with zero downtime.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with cutting-edge technology implementations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for system reliability, performance, and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and data governance.
