- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting tools
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency (Mandarin/Spanish/Japanese) preferred
