Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography standards
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and decentralized architectures
