Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration in healthcare and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-backed projections
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire disruptive startups
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems (FDA, FAA, etc.)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust preferred)
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of technology commercialization projects with $50M+ impact
