Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum cryptography) for commercial viability
- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment in autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify and nurture disruptive startups
- Create foresight reports for C-suite on technological paradigm shifts
- Build ethical compliance protocols for next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology horizon scanning
- Strong portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier journals
