Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in top-tier journals (minimum 5 citations/year)
- Expertise in at least two of: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ ARR
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for government-level innovation projects
