Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-level AI/quantum systems
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy architectures
- Strong background in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for future-tech initiatives
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (QASM, Q#)
