Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints with engineering, product, and venture teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech startups for strategic partnerships
- Design predictive models for technology adoption curves in key verticals
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio for experimental technology incubation
- Author thought leadership publications in partnership with MIT and Stanford
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020-2025 tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bioAI, neuromorphic)
- Experience launching products with >$100M ARR impact
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Security clearance for government collaboration projects
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for prototyping
