Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric security solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership pieces for MIT Tech Review and WIRED
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neural interface design
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-defining tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for government-contracted R&D projects
