Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with $1B+ impact roles
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuro-symbolic AI systems
- Proven track record of launching 3+ category-defining tech products
- Fluency in Web3 protocols and decentralized infrastructure architecture
- Security clearance for federal technology initiatives (or ability to obtain)
