Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological, social, and economic shifts post-2025
- Produce scenario-based strategic briefings for C-suite executives and government agencies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and quantify emerging risks/opportunities
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for global institutions
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI and big data analytics
- Represent the company at international futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior analysts while establishing new frameworks for long-term forecasting
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (Python, R, TensorFlow) and scenario planning methodologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurism journals or policy white papers
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of major global shifts (2018-2023)
