- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future ROI for innovation initiatives through predictive modeling
- Mentor talent in future-proofing methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Published author or keynote speaker on technological evolution
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives across multiple sectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
