Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation horizons
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor 10+ engineers/researchers through emerging technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong network with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.) and tech accelerators
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
