- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability
- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, climate tech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience leading global innovation teams in tech-forward industries
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
