Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation roadmap targeting 2026 technology horizons
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive adoption of future-ready infrastructure and development methodologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-focused initiatives
- Certification in futures thinking or technology forecasting (e.g., CFTE preferred)
