Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'future scenario' workshops with C-suite teams
- Identify and partner with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Translate complex future trends into product development frameworks
- Present strategic foresight reports to board of directors and investors
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic foresight leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to market
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism journals
- Experience leading budgets >$5M for R&D initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
