- Lead cross-functional 'Future Pods' to prototype and scale breakthrough innovations
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Present foresight analyses to the board and executive leadership for strategic decision-making
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in exponential thinking methodologies
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on the socio-technological landscape of 2026-2030
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects with $50M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, Harvard Business Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's Two Loops, Delphi Method)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Global network of futurists and innovation practitioners
