Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum AI and neuro-interfaces
- Design and validate prototype solutions for next-generation human-computer interaction
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and business teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners and academic collaborators
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to develop scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis models
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to prototyping
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-tech research or innovation frameworks
