- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across sectors
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and human augmentation technologies
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies and emerging tech trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in emerging tech R&D or strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotechnology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic concept implementations
