Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging technology validation
- Create executive-level innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Manage a $5M innovation budget and resource allocation for high-impact R&D initiatives
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of speculative technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with demonstrated 2030-vision projects
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development
- Proven track record of commercializing speculative technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
