Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching next-gen commercial products
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and venture capital
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to maintain competitive advantage
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members

- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ major launches)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile/lean innovation methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
