Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era technology roadmaps with focus on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate market insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Secure patents and protect intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation culture within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotechnology, or sustainable systems
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent futurist methodology training
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent industry-shaping experience
