Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'future scenario' workshops with global research partners
- Secure $10M+ in grants from NSF, DARPA, and private innovation funds
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and quantum security frameworks
- Mentor 10-person innovation team in rapid prototyping and patent development
- Partner with product teams to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Represent company at World Economic Forum and MIT Technology Review events
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in emerging tech
- Proven track record securing $5M+ in government innovation grants
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience leading teams with 20+ patents filed or granted
- Deep understanding of Singularity University frameworks and exponential tech
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Portfolio of commercialized technologies with $50M+ ARR impact
