Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops integrating blockchain, neurotech, and climate AI solutions
- Author quarterly futures intelligence reports distributed to 50+ global innovation leaders
- Design and pilot innovation sprints with venture-backed startups in synthetic biology
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum future-forward panels
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) adoption curves
- Proven track record of developing future-proof business models for digital transformation
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, systems mapping)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Management Review
