Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic foresight reports for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products and services with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Design innovation frameworks that align with ESG goals and regulatory compliance for future tech deployments
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to secure early access to breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track adoption of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least two successful future-tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical scenarios
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) or similar foresight qualification
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals or major industry forums
