As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies. You'll pioneer methodologies for anticipating paradigm shifts while maintaining a pragmatic approach to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends and disruptive technologies to identify 2026-2030 opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product evolution and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across business units
- Cultivate an innovation ecosystem through external partnerships and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
