Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on disruptive futures
- Produce trend intelligence reports using AI-powered foresight platforms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical deployment of emerging tech
- Represent company at global futurist forums (Davos, Singularity Summit)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2020-2025 predictions
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Millennium)
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
