As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate futuristic concepts into scalable business models. You'll have direct influence on our $2B R&D portfolio and access to proprietary AI-driven forecasting tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for autonomous systems, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI ethics, neurotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Design and execute market entry strategies for next-gen products with 18-36 month development cycles
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through data-driven scenario modeling
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Develop patentable frameworks for future-proof business models and sustainable growth strategies
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in futurist methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field with 5+ years in corporate strategy or R&D
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Experience working with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and market analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy execution for Fortune 500 companies
