Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech innovations
- Partner with C-suite to future-proof product portfolios and business models
- Present trend briefings to executive boards and key stakeholders
- Establish internal innovation incubators for emerging tech ventures
- Author white papers on post-2025 societal and economic shifts
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or equivalent field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published author in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Global network of tech futurists and research institutions
