Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate future-thinking workshops for executive leadership
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Produce actionable foresight reports with 5-year predictive modeling
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing future-driven strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
