Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future workforce/societal changes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for next-gen innovation
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop KPIs to measure long-term innovation impact and strategic readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal historical data
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation strategy deliverables
