Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact on business strategy
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Published thought leader with 20+ industry presentations or whitepapers
