Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future-facing solutions using scenario planning methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and test next-generation innovations in agile development cycles
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning our organization as a futurism authority
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify disruptive threats and market opportunities
- Drive stakeholder alignment across C-suite, engineering, and marketing on strategic innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior talent in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting with proven 2026+ vision
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or spatial computing
- Certification in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent innovation methodology
- Demonstrated success in launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation challenges
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation domains
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
