Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-readiness into roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and policy influencers to shape industry dialogues
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-centric mindsets
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
