Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum/AI/autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Present trend briefings to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-tech and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen products/services
- Author annual 'Future State' industry reports
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic tech strategies
- Deep understanding of AI/quantum/sustainability ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading high-impact transformation initiatives
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (Technology Foresight, Systems Thinking)
