Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and drive decision-making alignment
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Lead the creation of our annual '2026 Innovation Blueprint' thought leadership series
- Champion ethical innovation practices across all R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AGI, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercialized products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (books, whitepapers)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
