Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026
- Develop proprietary trend-forecasting models using AI-driven analytics and qualitative research
- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and energy sectors
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AGI)
- Publish thought leadership on future-proofing strategies in industry publications
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI-driven predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3) and societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
