Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Represent FutureHorizon at global tech forums and thought leadership conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture across the organization
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-AI interaction models
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, neural interfaces
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/JavaScript preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations or breakthrough concepts
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
