Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across tech, economics, and social dynamics to forecast 2026+ landscape shifts
- Develop and maintain a dynamic innovation roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive implementation of pilot projects testing future-critical technologies
- Author quarterly trend reports influencing R&D priorities and investment strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record translating foresight into market-leading initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent designation preferred
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts or strategic frameworks
