- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with exposure to exponential technologies
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Strong data modeling and analytical capabilities with Python/R
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
