Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging market trends and geopolitical shifts to anticipate disruptive forces affecting our industry
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Present compelling futurist insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic innovation impact and ROI
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurist analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
