Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Horizon Framework, mapping technological, social, and economic convergence points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into future-state scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into 5-year product development cycles
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish KPIs for future-viability metrics across organizational functions
- Monitor exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology) for disruptive potential
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into enterprise value
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals or platforms
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from Association of Professional Futurists)
