Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Scopes' identifying disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal impacts
- Design strategic frameworks for product innovation pipelines aligned with future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for trend intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-backed narratives
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Author thought leadership content positioning Innovate Tomorrow as the future's authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented product development
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful market entries or product launches
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with published research or speaking engagements
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic implementations
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in high-growth environments
