Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development
- Lead quarterly futures forecasting workshops with executive teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-shaping technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators for strategic pivots
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2030-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technological trajectories
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-shaping work
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning frameworks
