Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, patent data, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and biotech integration
- Lead 'Future Labs' workshops with C-suite executives to prioritize strategic bets
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our $50M Innovation Foundry
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech scaling
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 tech firms
- Published research on quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/Nature)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and trend analysis tools
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
